What is provided as part of boat usually varies from one company to another. As such, it is not advisable to assume that everything one needs will be provided. Basic amenities that one should however expect include hand basins, cushions, showers, freezers, refrigerators, and toilets.

It is really advisable to consider the age of the vessel that one is hiring before doing so. Newer boats that are less than three years in age are usually very nice, but they cost more. However, even bad boats can still be nice depending on the kind of maintenance and care that is provided to them. Some companies do a great job of maintaining their boats in good conditions while others do not.

One is advised to check the condition which the vessel is in before they get into the waters. This can be done by inspecting the interior and exterior of the boat. It is also good if one charters the boats from companies that have been in operation for a long time.
