Pumpkin season arrived. It's time to enjoy in these lovely vegetables all over again. There are so many varieties to choose from, but today is time for spaghetti squash recipes. If your spinach is really young and soft, use it as it is, if not, cut it into stripes. Combine olive oil with spices and garlic and mix all your ingredients together. Enjoy in your light and fulfilling salad.
