The excessive use of artificial light at home and at the office somehow interferes with how the body perceives the natural light-dark cycle.

Going to camp helps in resetting the natural light-dark cycle which therefore helps a person get better sleep. The rest and relaxation one gets from camping plays a part in helping one sleep better. For this reason, it is important and healthy for people to go camping occasionally.
